Registered Associate Nutritionist
(MSc, ANutr)
Nutrition is more than choosing the food we eat. It is about understanding how our body uses the fuel we give it.
Who am I?
I’m a qualified Associate Registered Nutritionist (Association for Nutrition) with an MSc in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition, my advice is evidence-based and practical.
I support people with their nutritional goals through a science backed practise. Whether you want to manage your weight, support gut health, or simply feel more in control of your health I can help to achieve that.
My approach is all about small, sustainable changes. I believe that understanding the ‘why’ behind nutrition alongside supporting accessible actions is the backbone to lasting change.
Using behaviour change techniques, I help my clients create habits that stick, practical guidance that fits into your life.
If you’re ready to feel more confident about your food choices and take charge of your health, then get in touch.
Children’s nutrition
As a mum to a child who had a paediatric feeding disorder and was tube fed, I also have a speciality in children's nutrition. In this area I support other families with children that have difficulties in eating, have written research, and am chair of The Feeding Trust (a charity for Paediatric Feeding Disorders).
You are welcome to have a look around my specialist children’s service here.

My 1:1 online consultations are designed to help you build healthier habits in a way that feels sustainable.
